How We Got Started
I began working in the heating & air conditioning field when I was 19 years old. I am now a 20 plus year veteran in the industry. I hold all 3 state contractor’s licenses allowing us to perform any type of work including residential, commercial & industrial heating & air conditioning. I have experience throughout the field including estimating & project management of residential and commercial equipment service & replacement. I also have heating & air conditioning system design experience including zoned systems which I utilize often to redesign HVAC systems in clients existing homes to maximize comfort & efficiency much like you would have in a new home. I have also worked for several years in the past with building automation systems in commercial buildings & I am certified controls expert with Carrier controls systems. In addition to these I have several years of experience working in data centers installing & servicing Liebert equipment as well as multiple years of experience in lab environments including clean rooms, chemical exhaust systems & critical heating & cooling equipment. I have taken all of this experience & poured it into my vision for a better service company RAIR, LLC.

We maintain, repair, replace & when needed redesign residential and commercial heating & air conditioning systems & their associated components. We are proud members of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. We are also a PEARL Certified installation company. We continue training throughout each year & take every step possible to ensure that our team is best prepared to take care of our clients.
